Founded by Millard and Linda Fuller in 1976. Habitat for Humanity International has helped to provide more than 200,000 homes and 1 million people with decent, affordable shelter worldwide. Presently, Habitat is working in more than 100 countries around the world.
The ultimate goal is to eliminate and minimize inadequate housing and homelessness from the face of the earth by building simple, decent, durable and affordable housing. Our words and actions will aim to provide shelter in the hearts and minds of the community in such a way that inadequate housing and homelessness becomes socially, politically and spiritually unacceptable in our nation.
Habitat for Humanity Malaysia works in partnership with volunteers and people from all walks of life to develop communities for people in need. We enable people to build and renovate houses so that there may be decent houses in which people can live and grow into all that life is intended.
A world where everyone has a decent place to live.
